We can build a dormer loft conversion, typically a vertical, box-shaped extension to a pitched roof. This creates a new room with increased headroom, and a more functional floor area.
If your roof space already has sufficient headroom then we can deliver more light by installing Velux windows to turn a loft space into usable accommodation.
This work may fall under permitted development or it may require planning approval so speak to us first for advice.
We have our own scaffolding which offers you more flexibility and lower costs.

uPVC Roofline
We supply no maintenance uPVC soffits, fascias, gutters and bargeboards. They come in a range of colours and either square or round profiles.
Chimney
We can rebuild your chimney offering repointing and new lead flashing as well as various options to cap the chimney.
Dry Ridges and Verges
Dry ridges are the tiles on the apex of your roof, typically they were mortared in but dry ridge tiles are screwed in place and never need repointing!
